Anyone with the exact COLOR CODE for the SKUNK 2 cars? I love their Stealth Black color.....the thing is I wanna do it to my Integra as well....but I have lots of Carbon bits to mix it up with......just wanna know if anyone knows the exact color code and make of the paint...
also if anyone here has ever done a flat black or stealth black INTEGRA...I've searched the net all over and only found the SKUNK 2 ones......
I wanna see it in natural lighting and not all photographed by pro photographers in ideal lighting situations.......
-Many thanks from markymaclmb

Cool for the reply...and yes I have pics of all the flat black cars on the net as my reference....I have begun my color change over by applying Flat black and a flat clear as the finish onto my SPARE rear trunk with lexan rear hatch window....if all goes well I'll do the whole care except the carbon Hood, Doors, lip, cannards, Rear Mugen Spoiler, APR mirrors, Fuel Lid...
But if it comes out looking crappy...I'll stop right there and keep the rear lexan hatch in whatever outcome comes out.
Thanks in advance...
I wish I had that Stealth Black Skunk 2 color code...or at least know what mixture they used to get that look....

I really dig your car man...
Anyway...just wondering..if you matte clear over CARBON FIBER.....would the CF come out all matte as well? or do you have to scrape off the top coat of the CF first....
as you can see in my other posts...my doors are CF and so is my bonnet and mugen tail fin.....so is the J's racing Carbon Fiber Intake Duct at the bumper....and the fuel lid....oh yeah...the J's Cannards as well.
If I do go all Flat Matte Black...but leave those bits shiny CF....it may kill the mood.....I'm looking for Mad Max mood....
Just a question...

yeah clearing your carbon is no problem. paint will stick to the gel coat of the carbon and if you ad a matting agent it will have a flat look also. |
