The Skunk2 sponsored Team Pomgambino Civic finished solid at the Hankook Super KCC Race Round 3 Time Trials in Bangkok, Thailand on July 6th. Isara Limthanetkul, driver of Team Pomgambino, was impressed with the change in his car with the addition of Skunk2 Pro-C Coilovers to his 92 Civic EG6 Hatchback stating that "The Pro C's are very good in circuit racing" and that "they have very quick response". And indeed they must have had as Isara was able to swing into a 2nd place finish moving him up in points for the series.
In addition to the Pro-C coilovers, Team Pomgambino Civic also uses Skunk2 Pro 1 Cams, S2R High Compression Valves, S2R Titanium Retainers, S2R Pro-Series Intake Manifold, S2R Lower Control Arms and a S2R Pro Plus EG Camber Kit. With plans on installing an S2R Throttle Body and S2R Composite Fuel Rail, this will be the car to beat at next month's race!
With an additional 3 rounds of racing to come, Aug 3rd, Sept. 7th and October 6th, and a team which is dialing into their competition, we look forward to seeing great things to come from this modest but fierce team of contenders.
